Homemade Custom Tank

Hey guys! Im a new member to R2R. Just thought I’d share that I have been thinking about building my own tank from scratch. Not sure on the size or dimensions, it’s all up in the air. If anyone has any tips, suggestion or comments, feel free to share!

Welcome to R2R. I've built a few tanks, I look on FB Marketplace or Craigslist. There is always someone taking down or wants a tank removed out of the garage etc. Here is a 210g I bought for $200. Broke it down to just the panes of glass and replaced the front pane with low iron. Drilled, resealed and put on custum stand. Lots of work but the end result is nice. Hope this gives you some ideas...

Been in the hobby for 5 years now, thank you though! (Also worked at an LFS for 4 years too :) )
