My chillers were making more heat then cooling so I took them off and things are better. Do the go bad after a couple years? Artica??

Might need charged with freon. A lot of places that work on window air conditioners can service them.

Try cleaning the coil in the front, it's best to remove the case. Co2 work well to blow out coil, but it makes a mess if its really dirty. This should be done every 6 months. As the coil gets dirty the operating cost goes up and the effective cooling goes down
