How are you plumbing your automatic water change system?

Would the salt creep build up and block the tubing? Would there be enough pressure loss out of the anti siphon fitting that no salt water would make it to the sump? If the anti siphon fitting isn't used, would a siphon effect go continuously and flood the sump?
