How big of a nem?

I really wanna get an anemone for my 2 clowns but they are pretty intense and I don’t want them to suffocate a too small nem. How big of an anemone should I get the female is around 3in while the male is around 2in.

I would just get a normal-sized anemone. It's not very common to see clowns "love an anemone to death". If they start trying to smother the anemone. You could always put the clownfish into an acclimation box to give the anemone time to adapt to your tank.
