How do I contact triton about a missing evaluation (got to lab, but I never got the evaluation)

I sent in 3 ICP tests on Oct 3. They were all received on 10/5 in CA, and got the evaluations on 2 of them on 10/8. The third (and most important) is still showing as "water test is still in progress). There isn't any way on Triton website to contact unless you are a public aquarium.
