I am using RODI with 0 ppm and zero nitrates and phosphates. Also using phosguard and purigen

Could this be bacteria? Do you does carbon of some sort?

I'm not sure but definitely following along! I've got something very similar but mine only gets underneath my frag racks.

You may not have enough PO4 in your system and are dealing with a bacteria. Probably a strain of Cyanobacteria.

Do you have a posibility to look at it under microscope ? my dinos looked kind like this, green slime and brown strings at the end.

Yes! I stopped dosing reef energy a and reef energy b and stopped dosing nopox completely. I rely 100% on my chaeto and other macros for nutrient removal.
