How do I leak test a drilled tank with internal overflows?

I want to leak test the tank I got but am unsure how to with the cutout for the plumbing on the bottom.

what was your initial thoughts on how seal off those holes?

This seems like an easy one to answer. Are there obstacles in the way to prevent you from making them water tight?

So bulkheads are usually fairly large right and stick out? And I bought the size of what I thought I needed and it didn’t work. I ordered new ones. This is going to harder than I thought to find something that sits flush with the tank/plugs it. The other thing I thought about was a cork plug.

Ahh that's right, i think I read that you threw out the stand because it wasn't salvageable.

You can flip the bulkhead so that the flange faces the bottom that way you can test on a level surface.
