I'm putting together a simple array of 12 XREs 8 RB and 4 CW and need to know how to put them

here are my heatsinks

So do I put them

Option 1
RB-CW-RB
RB-CW-RB

RB-CW-RB
RB-CW-RB

or

Option 2
RB-RB-RB
CW-RB-CW

CW-RB-CW
RB-RB-RB

or

Option 3
RB-RB-RB
CW-RB-CW

RB-RB-RB
CW-RB-CW

or

Option 4
CW-RB-CW
RB-RB-RB

CW-RB-CW
RB-RB-RB

or something else

i built a diy led fixture and didnt use the optics. the color blends much better without them. i put my cw in the middle row and it blends nicely. good luck with your build you are going to love the leds

You also might want to think about getting larger heat sinks and grouping 3 of them on each heatsink- 2 RB and 1 CW per heat sink.
