How do i send a pm

I can't figure out how to send someone a pm. Someone responded in a forum post that they would be interested in selling an item. I can't figure out how to send him a pm. I tried to click his name, looked at what came up and there is nothing labeled "send a private message" anywhere

Click the name then "Start conversation"
