How do I turn off the light?

How do I turn off the nicrew 150 W lights? Just unplug them? I don’t see an off switch…

Do they have a controller or app to set up a lighting schedule?

If these are the hyperreef models then press and hold M button. You can leave them in On state and turn them on/off with a controlled outlet. I believe they have a controller too but not sure what functionality it has with the controller since I'm just using mine with my apex.
