How do you feed your Goniopora?

I was wondering how folks are feeding their Gonioporas? Do you target feed, broadcast feed? How often do you feed them?

Target feed mysis shrimp 1-2 times a week. :)

I feed the fish a slurry of frozen, pellets, flakes and nori, and I let nutrients run a little higher. I have fed Acropower and Spongepower and noticed a feeding response. My ORA Red Goniopora responds well with good polyp extension and color.
