Your stereotypes would be correct if I hadn't spent 90% of my life in the US. I was born in Brasil and moved over here at the age of 3. But I am still very passionate about Brasil in the world cup, but I can't play a lick of soccer! LOL

Any of you try Lemonchello?

Limoncello is very easy to make in large batches. Just buy yourself a bunch of lemons, a bag of sugar, and a bottle of Everclear and you're good to go. Keep it in the fridge in an iced tea jug and you should be good for a while depending on your level of alcoholism ;)

mint, basil and some blood orange and sugar - bruise everything well top shaker with ice - add rum and shake 30 times

strain in to glass, top with soda water and then garnish with mint sprig
