How do you re-use your empty Bulk Reef Supply containers? I currently use them for storage as they are clear and stackable.

I use them to hold change and the nuts, bolts, screws for my projects.

Give them to a friend who puts screened vent holes about the size of a quarter around the top, 2 per side and he uses them for sling(baby) spiders

All my old ones are sent down to our auto repair shop for holding anything small that needs to be contained

Drilled with holes it's a great acclimation box/ penalty box ( for the bullies lol)

I use an old mag float to attach it t front panel..
Awesome idea!!!

^ thanks :) I'm the queen of repurposing reef stuff.. Man does it pile up! Works GREAT for a fish trap as well! I tie a fishing line to the rim.. Bait it and hold the line from a few feet away.. Then just a cold one , and a good tv show and I'm multitasking lol..When fish goes in I pull down on the string and the magnet allows the jug to pivot so the top is then above the waterline... They never know what hit em! ;)

nuts and bolts and other small hardware items in the garage

I use them to store Ca, Alk, and Mg solutions so I always have a fully mixed and ready to go gallon to replace the empties under the stand for 2 part dosing. The more I buy, the more backups I have, though I suspect at some point I'll just start throwing them away to save shelf space.

Since I purchased the 5 gal bucket of rox I now just refil the 1 gal container when needed.
I also have some that I use for cat food.
