How long to wait before asking for refund?

Purchased something on selling forum, sent PayPal and haven’t heard back from seller. How long would you wait before asking for refund? I know people are busy and things come up but if you are selling something I feel like a short reply to PM/DM isn’t that hard. Any feedback would be nice.

Yeah, if something doesn't seem right, many times it isnt. I know via experience

I wouldn’t wait for more than 3-4 days after the agreed ship date w/o communication.

Submit a PayPal claim to get their attention. If it’s a honest mistake and they get back to you, you can cancel the claim. If not, you can get a refund. Win win.

It’s been 2 days haven’t heard anything. He seems like a reputable member. Been on here for a while with a fair amount of posts.

I would wait a little longer for an established member but you might try emailing them with the paypal address if you haven't done that yet. Two days no contact is long time after a sale on the forums.

Sent email to him from PayPal address got almost instant response. Works at Hospital long shifts and in process of moving. Will provide tracking tonight. Thanks for the advice.
