How many power heads do I need

Hey reefers I have a 60x30x24 lps /softie how many power heads do I need for this tank and what flow settings do you recommend and setting. I have 2 mp40 and 2 Nero7. I just can’t figure out my flow if its to strong or to low

2 MP40s should suffice. Sometimes when corals grow large you need a 3rd to create some alternate flow around the tank.
