On a biocube Have a nicrew 150 it's using about 72 watts on today the nem moved closer to the top but the foot did not moved it repositioned it self higher do u think light is to low

I raised the light like 5 % on the blues and 1% higher white green red

Too little light is far safer than too much light in the short term, so I would be cautious when upping your PAR. 'Nems move around until they are comfortable, I'd give it some time where it is and see if it's happy before adjusting the lights.

Ok I kept the light the same

It's because I took the stylophora frag out I think they were touching each otherer it moved right when I moved that
