How much GPH for a wavemaker in 25g Lagoon

Title explains it all. Looking at powerheads for my new IM 25 lagoon. Looking at MP10 but also Hygger Cross Flow (gyre) wavemakers too. MP10 is at 2500+ GPH while the Hyggers are around 1321 to 2380.

Really like the idea of Gyre style in my tank.
 
In my Waterbox 25, I used a crossflow pump. I think it was an IceCap Gyre 1K.
