Hey everyone quick query here. Just wondering how many bags of Samoa pink reef sand I will need for a tank that is 120cmx50cm (48x19.6inches).
The tank is 80cm (30 inches deep)

Also, what depth do people recommend?

Depth is really up to the individual, if you have some sand sifting fish etc, you're going to want to go deeper.
Using freedom units I typically go 1 lb per gallon for a base, then add until I'm happy.
