I recently purchased an acrylic aquarium that is 60Lx12Hx14W. I conducted a leak test and noticed that it had a pretty good bow to it. Any good ideas on bracing this?

Aluminum stock can be used and just make a simple brace. Using rivets or welding. I would suggest 2 off center on each side of the tank. I seen a pic somewhere will try and find it

If its acrylic, just glue a piece across the center. Ues an acrylic glue so it bonds. I believe Weld-On is a preferred acrylic glue.

Can you post a pix of the tank? Is there bracing on top already?

Only pic I have. It has a lip on the top that goes about 1 ½ inches in. What type of weld on should I use and what thickness should the acrylic braces be
