The best thing to do is turn off your return pump and wavemakers. This allows the benthic pods to settle on surfaces. Because they are planktonic, they can not fight against the current. It is also best to put them in your tank at lights out so they are not eaten right away by your fish. If you have a refugium, its great to dose in there as well, with the return pump off for the same reason. This will also provide an area for them to multiply without being eaten. They will naturally make their way into the tank from there.
