How to catch a Clarkes Clown?

Had a Clarkes clown in my tank and then I bought a carpet Anemone that came with a pair of CLarkes clowns. Now one of them is chasing my old one. Need to catch him quick. Any ideas?

empty the tank and get em!! they are hard to catch.
