Hi, does anyone know a way to clean these hard dried mineral deposits in a easy way. I've soaked the whole thing in a warm water/vinegar mix and used a toothbrush and it still wont come out 😖

If that is from inside your tank that is probably spirorboid worms. Use a credit card scraper :)

Small tip - if you're cleaning anything with magnets or electrical components inside (such as pumps), use citric acid instead of vinegar. Over time, vinegar can damage plastic and expose the components to saltwater. It takes repeated uses to cause damage, so you haven't ruined anything yet, but keep that in mind for the future.

As for those specific deposits - yes, those are most likely spirorbid worms. Soaking in acid for 24-48 hours will dissolve their shells, but probably faster to simply scrape them off and then clean up the excess.
