How to create user group

Hey! I wanted to create a user group called the Hawaii Saltwater Society (HSS) and made a ticket about a day ago, and have heard nothing back. What should I do? Just wait?

User groups have to be authorized and created by either @revhtree or @Daniel@R2R I'll tag them
