in a matter of weeks my coral beauty and clownfish also the one bit of gsp are off into my new tank but when i come to drain the tank there is tons of birstleworms i know they are good for the tank but i dont want to transfer them as i will get some down the line i guess how do a destory their population when all the livestock / coral is gone can i wack the heater to full blast and leave them day

Try dunking your rock in RO. Most of the little buggers should bail out. That way most of your bacteria should survive.
