How to move rock without bristleworms

Now that my 50 gallon is cycled, I want to slowly start transferring the contents of my 15 gallon. The bristleworm population in my small tank is alarming, and I’d like to minimize the amount that I move over. I know there are so many inside the rocks. Any thoughts on how to reduce the numbers to avoid transferring them with the rocks?

Oh man, its a tough one... not sure how you can remove them from the rock haha. But you know, you will have them in your tank no matter what - "if you build it, they will come".
They are so called the good guys, they're the cuc under the sandbed.
Though, there are traps you can setup, small little box you place on the sand to trap them.. look it up.

TBH, I wouldnt worry about them and move on.

Soak your live rock in a 10% solution of 3% peroxide for 5 minutes. No more bristle worms or pods.
