How to remove water lines

Hi all, I’ve bought a second hand tank, my dream tank and it’s cleaned up great but the top of the tank has a dirty waterline how can I clean this off ????

Can you share a picture? Is the water line on glass, plastic, or other? Sometimes you can use vinegar or baking soda paste and other times you need something more agressive like a hard water stain remover. Do your best to keep any cleaners out of the inside of the aquarium. Good luck!

Hi. Quick question....how to you get rid of a water line. It goes all the way around the tank, I tried vinegar and water but it is still there. Any ideas?!?! Thanks!
