how to tell soda ash & sodium bicarbonate

I think when I was mixeding my soda ash and sodium bicarbonate bottles, i got them mixed up. Is there a way to tell which is which?

Get a couple containers of tank water. Add mystery solution #1 to one of them. Add mystery solution#2 to the other. Test ph on both. The one with the high ph is ash. Ash will also cloud the water temporarily.
