How to turn off moon light on Nexus

I just installed the Nexus chip. I'm running the mixed reef setting. I turned off the moon light setting but I have what I think is the moon light stays on all night. It's all the blue lights are on very low. How do I turn this off? I do have all lights to turn off at 10pm.

In addition to selecting off for the moon cycles, the moon lights also need to be set to 0% power.
