How was your Christmas?

Merry Christmas all! Speaking of Christmas, how was yours? What did everyone get?
I'm sure that question is pointless, because everyone here probably got corals or fish...
Still, what did everyone get, please share!

I got two new wallets, carving knives, socks, chocolate, and matches.
Not much, but I can't really say I'm disappointed :biggrin1:

Also, they're still in the mail, but I'm getting some water fountain speakers, so that's cool!
And of course, money to spend on corals :whoo:

Awesome! What're you thinking of getting?
There's this awesome acropora at my LFS and I'm gonna buy it!
It has a mint green base and red branches. It's a bushy acropora, so it looks so cool!

not to sure yet maybe some lights, did a reboot on my tank so cant really add any livestock just hardware for now lol but who knows what ill come across, lights sounds good atm!!

It's great that we still believe in the spirit in receiving and we all can excited about that, Christmas is a great time to do so.

I'm confused, didn't understand. Are you sarcastically saying it's bad that we're enjoying our gifts? I'm sorry I really didn't get what you said there.

I really don't see anything sarcastic about my comment, in general I'm glad that ppl still enjoy the spirit of receiving and this time of the year "Christmas" is a good time to do so.
How can I hurt some ones feelings with this?

Okay, sorry i get it now.
The way I interpreted it is that people usually say christmas is a time of giving. So I guess I thought you were saying that because I wasn't giving only recieving, it was wrong of me to be celebrating my gifts that I don't deserve.

Sorry, I guess I need to be less pessimistic :lol:

The spirit of giving...but there is always someone who has to receive. I am sure you gave gifts as well.

I got two kessil lights for the 120 and a tunze ato. Then a gift card to a LFS. Non fish I got some cash, socks (family joke every year), and my parents bought us a half a pig. Made into sausage, pork chops, bacon, and ribs. :whoo:
