First, I'd get one more rock in there. Left side, pointing out towards the front glass, just to the left of the big toadstool. As it is, the toadstool dominates the tank to a ludicrous degree, so you need something to balance it out.
Second - do you have any fish in there, or are they just hiding? You need to get something for active movement in there.
Third - you need more color in there. It might just be the picture, but your tank looks like it's filled with nothing but green. It looks like the tank is mostly (exclusively?) softies, which is fine, but you need other colors to add more varied interest. Zoanthids, clove corals, and rock flower anemones would all be good options. Mushrooms are another great option.
You could also try for some LPS corals. Acans, trumpets, Duncans, favites, favia, chalice corals - again, lots of good options here.
