Thinking of playing around with the aquascape a little more. Anything you guys would do different? Or keep it like it is?

I really liked your first look, without the additional bridge. As others have stated (from experience) make sure you leave enough room for your glass algae scrubbers and what ever else you'll need for tank maintenance. I hated this answer when I was asking, but it really is a matter of what you're happy looking at every day. I went really minimalistic this time around.

Not sure if you are done already but hear is my honest opinion as I am doing some aquascaping myself. alot of rock is no neccessary - it blocks flow, light, and is a bed for nitrate.. The goal is to provide good even coverage for corals to thrive and provide nice flow. In this regards i believe you have achieved this.. On the right side of your tunnel structure, I would use only 3 pieces (2 large and 1 medium_ and fill in the gaps with rubble and epoxy to give it a seamless look. I use acrylic rods to hold it into place. My aquascaping is far from done but I want the corals to be about 12-18" away from the water line so they can get a good spread of light, I have room for flow and growth.
