Just wondering if anyone has put a hydnophora frag next to another hydnophora frag and if worked out? I actually have 3. I have the 'gamma knife' and 'JF Blueberry', next to a branching 'glowstick' hydnophora (Yeah, I really like them). So all three in rather close proximity. They aren't close enough to touch now, but just planning for the future. I'm wondering if they will cannibalize each other. Maybe add Galaxea for a battle royale? :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Any help would be appreciated.

I too would like to know. I just ordered two from Tidal Gardens.
Gold Tip Hydnophora and a Sky Blue Hydnophora. Would be nice to "garden" them together as long as they can touch each other.

I would be wary unless it is the same exact coral. Most corals defend themselves. This one goes on the offense and destroys anyone in its path. Maybe keep them apart when they grow cut frags and put them together and see what happens. I love Hydnos. When I got back into the hobby a lot of people did not know about them. Take care and have fun
