I have a Hydor Smart Wave controller for the Hydor Koralia powerheads, as well as other compatible powerheads that can be flipped on and off.
I like it, and it is has been perfectly running for months. I just recently received two new powerheads for free that are not compatible. So I will be selling it for only $40 (usually goes for more than $60)
