Hydra 26 Not Visible to Controller

So I have a Hydra 26 (not HD) that was connected to the controller. I decided to factory reset the controller and right after that my light went stupid. it is not visible to the controller anymore and the light that tells you that is synched is not tuned on anymore. I know the light gets power cause I can see the fan turn on when I plug the power. I already tried restarting the light multiple times with no success. Any Imput is appreciated.

I forgot to mention that I have another hydra like the one failing and that one is visible to the controller.
