Good morning everyone! My tank is going through the ugly phases diatoms came and went green algae has just about stopped. Now I’m getting small pinkish red clumps popping up. I’m assuming it’s cyano but wanted a second opinion. I would rather not let hydroids take hold if I can help it. Thanks!

Have you tried to blow it with a turkey baster? I would say not hydroids, it almost looks like coraline, but when I zoom in it looks shaggy. If its cyano, it will blow off the rocks when you blast it.

Yeah and to add cyano is usually filamentous and wavy.
