Hydroids?

Starting to see these pop up on my live rocks in several spots. After looking around on Reef2Reef, sounds like if they are hydroids, they need to go. If they are feather dusters, no big deal. I have this feeling that they are not feather dusters, many because I have bad luck lol!

Please give me your thoughts/advice. Thank you!!
