I've always enjoyed things that are more organized, even if a bit harder to service.

This honestly looks like rats nest.
It is probably over 5 million dollars for the tool. The new ones we were getting when I retired were 4.5 million dollars each but they were not high energy implanters. This might give you an idea how big they are this is me working on one of the medium current ones which is the smallest of the bunch. The high energy one are much larger. The photo only shows about half of one side. The medium current ones are about as large as a small garage.
