Hydros Launch

I just got my Hydros Launch controller and it won’t boot. Flashes like a disco ball. Any ideas? I’m disappointed.

Hello. Yes. I put in a ticket. But… it’s Friday. So looks like it will be at least Monday before I hear from them. I’m really very handy…. I typically do fine with this kind of stuff. I’m frustrated with myself. lol.

Ask chat. Anytime I have to troubleshoot my apex it does its magic and I can fix it

You’ve unplugged it, right? Not just rebooting through the app?

Yes. I’ve unplugged it several times and tried again. It will cycle thru three colors but never gets to purple. Just flashes white. Thanks for the hope!

Heard from CoralVue. After going back and forth for now almost 7 hours because there is no way to call them, I still do not have a return shipping label to send the defective one back. If I want it this week while I’m off on vacation I have to spend 119.00 for expedited shipping. And they will charge my card again for the unit and refund it when they get the broken one back.

This was broken the minute I took it out of the box. I have a ton of equipment here sitting in the box that I cannot use without the launch. Everything I bought is hydros.

This is really not a good look. I’m very disappointed and rather frustrated.
