Hey folks! Got a full setup from someone and there's this uniokln I'm trying to replace. On one side of the union its connected to an iwaki output. The other side....it looks like 1", but the replacement union I bought doesn't fit and it looks different. It looks like a reducer union. But I can't any that exist. Can anyone identify what kind of union this is?

I've ran into this before. Unoins of the same pipe size, with different size threaded locking ring. It might be easier to just replace the plumbing.

Better off just replacing it.
Each manufacturer has a different profile & they don't match as you have found out.
