So the other day i went to my lfs to buy a cool / exciting frag - coral .. ( he was empty on the selection , pretty boring stuff ) but i felt i had to buy something, couldn't leave empty handed.
I walked out of there with a clove coral rock ( not what i really had in mind ) - anybody out there beside me doing the same thing, can't leave empty handed.

Haha dont worry! YOu're not the only one. I tend to do that, especially if I know the employee that is working and if I talk to them for a while

Yup, I do this as well. Especially places that are far away. Most of the stuff is either not to my taste or if they are they are very expensive. I end up shelling out more than I want, just because of the distance I drove. :squigglemouth:

Haha I do the exact same thing. Your not alone at all. When I have a long stressful day at work Ill make a wish list of things I would like to get for my tank (fish, coral, equipment) head over to the closest store buy just to ease my stress :)

I can't imagine that there's anyone here who doesn't do this. We've got a new LFS here and they're small acro, chalice, hydnophora, zoas, etc... are all under $20! It's too hard to say no to coral at that price! It's a brilliant idea as it keeps your customers coming back. I've yet to leave empty handed.

Try living right down the road from your LFS and having to drive by it on your way to work everyday.
