I.D. amphipod like pest?

Hey guys. Please take 30 seconds to watch the following YouTube video and let me know what pests I have. There's something close to the middle that doesn't look like a normal pod, it's sort of long and skinny with a dark line down its spine. They are all over my tank. I just now realized how prolific they are.

I have had problems with chalices and favias receding as well as random zoanthids closing up and looking like the tips of the polyps have been sucked up in a siphon (they have not been siphoned, that's just what they look like).
