Looking at my rock and noticed this can someone’ tell me what this

Hard to tell with the lighting, but It looks like Cyanobacteria

Either Cyano, coralline algae, or a sponge.

Looks like cyanobacteria (red slime). You can probably brush it off the rock and siphon it all out of the tank

its only on one of my rocks towards the back of the tank

Yeah, you usually will get small spots in the tank. Eventually it will spread if your nutrients are high enough

dont think its from high nutrients as they are pretty low
phosphates i can barely get them to stay at 0.03
nitrates are between 5 and 10
