I really hope its a simply blockage, or parasite. If its swim bladder you see its pretty hairy.

I agree with the swimadder issue or spinal injury.

Does the fish spend more time with its tail down or up?

Looks to me like the fish is unable to really keep any particular position, which would indicate a swim bladder issue.

Medicating with antibiotics in a QT is worth a try, but may not change the situation I'm afraid.

Well that's unfortunate I'll def still give it a shot I'll put up the qt and hopefully he'll recover

so I set up qt put the fish in there put me triplex to treat for bacteria infection and parasites now I'm boiling some peas this ought to be interesting never tried to feed a fish vegetables before lol

unfortunately he has zero interest in the pea

Worth a shot. Is he eating regular food? You could try again while feeding regular food. You know, like when you feed your dog meds coated with hotdog or peanut butter.
