Do they make something similar to AA groups for people who can’t stop buying coral? I mean, it’s getting out of hand at this point. I think the only way to stop is to get myself banned from eBay. There’s no way I’m alone in this! Lol

Organizing trades is the way to go after awhile. You get something new while making space for the new coral, and it’s free usually :) anddd you can sometimes make a new friend!

Everyone’s looking to make some money in the reef groups I’m in - can’t say I blame them, times are getting a little tough rn. However, I did manage to trade an acan I bought for $5 (from WWC $5 frag section) for a 3” green fungia plate with a purple mouth. Very cool, I’m obsessed with the thing!!

I posted recently in the reef groups looking for some elegance coral. But there was only one person who commented and they said elegance’s havent been hold up lately in the aquarium.. I may have to put that dream on hold.

Have you thought about picking out certain corals that you are growing out with the intention of trading them/fragging them for something else later? Sort of like....a loaner program.

Yeah, but I’ve added a lot of corals as of recently so for right now everything is itty bitty. They’re all moving to a new 75g set up. Everything is already on frags and the lights came in today so everyone should be moving relatively shortly here. It’s just a matter of getting the lights hung that has been a total pain now
