Thats about the same price as what I paid for my 200 gallon box when you factor in the 50 gallon difference.

I just woke up to a Chewey autoship order of $71.28. Over 30% more than my last autoship and I can't cancel because their webpage has an error and their support email bounced. I was going to call their phone number and tell them how angry I was when I saw this thread. Made me feel a little better about Chewey.

There were plenty of warnings indeed from multiple individuals. At little over $20 bucks a bucket I figured it made sense to really stock up.

I bought 8 buckets and am already down to 4 due to large volume of my tanks

It is still cheap in compariosn. $21 for 44 gallons of new water. Sure, we all want to pay more. Even a so-so ICP test is $50, does nothing for your tank and leaves you with more questions than answers. The only thing that is cheaper than salt is if you make your own supplements out of driveway melt, baking soda, drug store iron supplements, and food grade stuff from Amazon, but many are too lazy to do this.

I got 10 boxes which should last me until next sale season, but even if I did not, I would be OK... don't mind $21 a month for my tank.
