Cool water snails.....
Found these at petco. Had to see them in my tank. Lol I know they are cooler water species but petco had them so I figure they are no worse off.
I got 2 top crown (astea snails) which are huge and cool. And 2 red footed moon snails. Pretty. picked en up 2days ago. So far so good. So watcha think?

They are. And all 4 are alive and well. Moons havnt left the glass. Why would thet ruin stuff?

No. The manchester nh petco is better than the 10 or so others ive been in. 10 or so salt tanks, a display and a lg frag tank. Theyre ok. Its because theses snails come from cooler temps and are not well suited for our warmer tanks. They are said to die much quicker. :-( but they are doin ok so far.

I have a nano (25 gal) and a lot of rocks/semi secure frags. They go where they want LOL and they knock stuff off. just like turbos. I didnt want to mess with it so I chose cowries instead.
Being in Ohio, none of the petcos here are worth a crap saltwater wise. No LR, no frags.

oh I get it now. I use super glue gel on all of my frags and stuff. Holds really well and let's go with very little effort. ;-) i do stay away from the large round snails like Mexican turbos for zebra turbos they have quite the grip and can break my glue. But the top crown Astreas have not cause any issue in the Rock work and the moon snails have not even got on the rock work.

lol I use epoxy and gel glue for all of mine. Ive never had a turbo or anything big (astrea and trochus) but Ive heard horror stories and Im not about that life

The PetCo out by me in Mentor has both live rock and frags....although I wouldn't buy either based on how they look
