Hey guys can you ID this algae for me? Can’t tell if it’s diatoms.. dinos, or cyano

Should I just ride them out.. or interfere?
how old is your tank? if its a new tank they should disappear with time, diatoms appear when your phosphates are high, do a water change, that will help you get rid of them a bit, some ppl do a total black out, (not using their lights for 3 days straight) but not using whites for too long it would help as well.

It’s new.. about a month old
