It’s like a clear mucus bag type thing I’ve sucked it out of the tank a few times always comes back.

one night I saw a wrasse eating it??

If you have like a six line wrasse or something. They spine a mucus cocoon around them when they sleep to keep their smell down for predators at night I believe. So its probably the wrasse's sleeping cocoon. Nothing to worry about.

I don’t have a six line but I do have a elegance wrasse.
