I need help with my anemone ASAP

So i got this condy anemone a few days ago, this is my first anemone, but it keeps completely expelling all the water in it almost every day, somebody tell me what i’m doing wrong, water levels are good my tank has been running for about a month or 2.

You only got it a few days ago. I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably just getting used to its new environment.

i know, i’m just stressed because i want to make sure everything in the tank is in the right conditions and healthy/happy

My BTAs do that every evening getting near lights out.

At a month or two, your tank parameters may still be fluctuating. That said, condys are fairly resilient to water quality issues, unless they are extreme. Yours looks fine -- probably just acclimating as others have previously mentioned.
