Well I had a mandarin and anthias school before my tank crashed so maybe I just never saw them cause they were being eaten lolAmphipods. Harmless detritivores, CUC, and fish food. Kind of surprised you haven't seen them or heard of them yet, they're quite common.

Ew… wish I had never seen those or bristle worms… they give me the creeps! Remind me of the two bugs that freak me out the most, puncher bugs and centipedes or the dreaded millipede. (Insert barf emoji)Amphipod and free food for fish and coral. Where there is one, there is likely more
